Headmasters Salon began our annual Death Becomes Hair fashion show & masquerade ball in 2009. It started from an idea to showcase our creative side, while raising money for local charities. It was our goal to become more active in our community, while creating an event that encompassed our technical abilities, including hair and makeup, while bringing a more avant-garde flair to our Lawrence community. This event has captured our hearts! We partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, in 2010! We have found that the club captures the essence of community participation. We have dedicated our annual Death Becomes Hair fundraiser to support the vision of The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence. You won’t want to miss this annual event! Start planning your costume!

Micki Colgan represented the Headmasters Tribe to collect the “Community Partner Award” from the Lawrence Boys & Girls Club. Micki and the rest of the tribe worked tirelessly last October to present “Death Becomes Hair”, a fashion show to benefit the club.
